Animation Evaluation of my animation about the strength and weaknesses The techniques that we used is stop motion animation, we used clay to make 2 characters and some other staff. The location is on the class room, we used some paper as background to cover the views that are not related to the video. Strength: The animation is very smooth the way how the video plays, the characters were well made with clay; it has lots details on the characters like: the head, arms, leg and faces. The story is very funny, it’s about two characters fighting then a big person comes to kill them both and transform them into some weird staff. The shots were good aswell it has many different angles and different kinds of shot like: mid shot, long and over shoulder also some zoom in. The sound, we had some good sounds from the beginning, the sound was played well it goes with the animation and loud enough without lagging sounds. Weaknesses: Firstly there were not many sound effects; I think we should have used more sound effects to make the video more realistic and sound better. The video was kind of too short I think we should have made it longer so we can make it clearer what the story is about, also we didn’t make the story clear except that is about fighting. What should be improved: I think the only thing we should improve is the sound, the video is smooth and the character were well made so the only thing we need to improve is the sound, probably we should add more sounds in it and use the sound in the right timing, it will make the video better.
